Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01 January 2026
1. General Policy
Vivakorn Digital Solutions provides digital services including CRM software, lead management, advertising services, landing pages, and marketing solutions. Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Subscription Fees
All CRM subscriptions, software access fees, setup charges, and service retainers are non-refundable once access has been granted or services have commenced. Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund.
3. Advertising & Marketing Services
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is strictly non-refundable.
- Service/management fees once work has started are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued based on performance dissatisfaction, lead quality, or sales outcome.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel subscriptions by providing written notice via email. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for past payments.
5. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical error caused by our billing system
- Service not delivered due to internal fault before commencement
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Vivakorn management.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Vivakorn support first will be considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services and pursue legal recovery of funds in such cases.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
