By accessing or using Vivakorn Digital Solutions services including our CRM platform, landing page system, marketing tools and advertisements you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Vivakorn provides software tools including CRM systems, lead management tools, landing page builders and digital marketing infrastructure.
Vivakorn provides software infrastructure only. Businesses using the platform remain responsible for their own advertisements, offers and marketing claims.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain security of login credentials
- Follow advertising platform policies
- Use services for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse or copy platform technology
4. Payments & Billing
All payments for subscriptions, CRM services, marketing services or landing page tools must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Advertising budgets paid to Meta (Facebook), Google or other platforms are separate from Vivakorn service fees.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors including market demand, competition and advertising performance.
Vivakorn does not guarantee specific leads, sales or business results.
6. Third Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, hosting providers and payment gateways.
Vivakorn is not affiliated with Meta, Google or any advertising network unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All software systems, platform features, CRM infrastructure, branding and website materials remain the intellectual property of Vivakorn Digital Solutions.
8. Account Suspension
- Fraudulent activities
- Violation of advertising policies
- Non-payment of services
- System misuse
9. Limitation of Liability
Vivakorn Digital Solutions shall not be liable for loss of revenue, advertising account suspensions or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
